Payment shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Politician's office. The schedule is as follows: 40% upon signing of the service agreement, 35% upon completion of the mid-term deliverables (Items 01 through 03), and the remaining 25% upon delivery and acceptance of the final policy brief (Item 05). All payments are subject to the standard 30-day payment window as per Algerian commercial law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the Politician.
All services shall be performed in the city of Algiers, Republic of Algeria, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
The Politician reserves the right to decline or modify any engagement that conflicts with his current legislative duties or obligations to the National People's Assembly.
Confidentiality: All documents, strategies, and communications exchanged under this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, in compliance with Algerian data protection regulations.
Intellectual Property: All written reports, strategy documents, and training materials produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the FNDN upon full payment.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies in Algiers.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Algiers, Algeria.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in accordance with Algerian civil and commercial law.
