Meridian Political Advisory Group S.R.L. shall not disclose any information to third parties without written consent.
- Compliance: All services shall be performed in strict accordance with Argentine electoral law, the regulations of the National Electoral Court, and the campaign finance transparency requirements of the Province of Buenos Aires. The Politician retains ultimate authority over all public statements and campaign messaging.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Politician's office shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date, as itemized in a final invoice.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the civil and commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
