(d) Currency fluctuations in the Argentine Peso will not affect the quoted amounts for the first 90 days. Beyond that period, a review clause applies as detailed in Section 5.

5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Argentina.

5.2 Confidentiality: All strategic information, voter data, and internal communications shared between the Politician and our firm are subject to strict confidentiality under Argentine data protection law (Ley 25.326) and professional ethics codes.

5.3 Intellectual Property: All campaign materials, speeches, and strategic documents produced under this engagement shall remain the property of the Politician upon full payment. Our firm retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
