This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Political Advisory Group Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") to the Honourable Senator A. All amounts specified in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% as administered by the Australian Taxation Office. Payment shall be made on a quarterly basis in advance, with the first instalment of $57,805.00 (inclusive of GST) due within fourteen (14) business days of the Politician's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Subsequent quarterly payments shall be due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October respectively. Invoices will be issued to the Politician's parliamentary office at Parliament House, Canberra, or to such other address as the Politician may designate in writing.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Provider reserves the right to revise pricing based on prevailing market conditions in Australia Melbourne and the broader Australian political services sector.

5.2 The Politician acknowledges that all strategic advice, research materials, and communications produced under this engagement are the intellectual property of the Provider and remain confidential to both parties in accordance with the Political Donations and Disclosures Act 2002 (Cth).

5.3 The Provider shall maintain professional confidentiality at all times. No information pertaining to the Politician's electoral strategy, personal political views, or internal campaign communications shall be disclosed to third parties without the Politician's express written consent.

5.4 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both the Provider and the Politician. Upon execution, the terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia.

5.5 Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Politician shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination, as itemised in a final Quotation Estimate supplement.

5.6 The Provider shall comply with all applicable Australian political funding regulations, anti-corruption legislation, and privacy laws including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Victorian Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.

By signing below, the Politician acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein. The Provider confirms its commitment to delivering the services described with the highest standard of professional political consultancy in Australia Melbourne and the broader Australian parliamentary context.
