This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Political Advisory Group Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") in response to the formal request submitted by the office of the Hon. All engagements are to be performed primarily from the Provider's offices in Australia Sydney, with supplementary on-site work conducted at Parliament House in Canberra as required.

All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as levied by the Australian Taxation Office. Payment shall be rendered on a monthly basis via direct bank transfer to the Provider's nominated account, with invoices issued on the last business day of each calendar month. The Politician's parliamentary office or the relevant party financial officer shall be the authorised signatory for all payment authorisations.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the Politician wish to proceed beyond the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in market rates, staffing availability, or legislative requirements in Australia Sydney shall be issued prior to commencement of services.
- All services shall be performed with the highest degree of professional integrity, confidentiality, and political neutrality as befitting advisory work for a sitting Politician in the Australian Parliament.
- The Provider warrants that no conflict of interest exists with any other Politician, political party, or lobbying entity operating in Australia Sydney or the broader Australian political landscape.
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the Politician under this engagement shall vest in the Politician's office upon full payment of the corresponding invoice.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Politician shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination plus a reasonable wind-down fee not exceeding 10% of the remaining contract value.
- All data handling, voter information, and internal communications shall comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Electoral Commission's regulations regarding political communications.
- Disputes arising under this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Australia Sydney.
By signing below, the Politician or their authorised representative acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth herein. The engagement shall commence on 1 August 2025, subject to execution of a formal Service Agreement incorporating the terms of this Quotation Estimate.
