This Quotation Estimate assumes that the Politician will provide timely access to all necessary materials, approvals, and decision-making authority. The following are explicitly excluded from this estimate: television and radio advertising airtime, print media advertising, candidate personal travel outside the Canada Vancouver metropolitan area, legal representation in litigation, and any costs arising from force majeure events. Should the Politician require additional services beyond the scope described herein, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued prior to engagement.
Payment shall be made in monthly installments of one-twelfth (1/12) of the total estimated cost, due on the 1st business day of each month. A 15% mobilization deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under the British Columbia Interest Act. All payments are to be made via EFT to the account designated by Northwest Political Consulting Group Ltd.
Services shall commence within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The Politician's office in Canada Vancouver shall be fully operational within fourteen (14) calendar days of commencement. Milestone deliverables will be tracked via a shared project management platform accessible to the Politician and their designated chief of staff.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After expiry, pricing may be adjusted to reflect market conditions in the Canada Vancouver political services sector.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the Canada Elections Act, the BC Political Financing Act, the City of Vancouver Bylaw on political advertising, and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
- Confidentiality: All strategic materials, voter data, and internal communications pertaining to the Politician shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Politician shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% wind-down fee.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the BC Alternative Dispute Resolution Act.
- Intellectual Property: All campaign materials, research documents, and strategic plans created under this engagement shall remain the property of the Politician upon full payment.
