This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in four equal quarterly instalments of CNY 694,565 each, payable within fifteen (15) business days of the invoice date. The first instalment is due upon contract execution in Shanghai. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Meridian Political Advisory Group (Shanghai Branch) held at Bank of China, Pudong New Area Branch, Shanghai. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated under PRC commercial contract law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing Shanghai market conditions and PRC regulatory adjustments.
• All services rendered under this estimate shall strictly adhere to the Political Publicity Administration Regulations, the Shanghai Municipal Government Information Disclosure Measures, and applicable PRC data protection laws (Personal Information Protection Law, 2021).
• The Politician's office retains full editorial and strategic authority over all public-facing communications. Meridian Political Advisory Group shall not publish, distribute, or disseminate any material without written authorization from the Politician's designated spokesperson.
• Confidentiality: All legislative drafts, internal strategy documents, and constituent records handled under this engagement are classified as State-Related Confidential Materials under PRC law. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate contract termination and legal proceedings in the Shanghai Intermediate People's Court.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for non-performance resulting from acts of God, government directives, or public health emergencies as declared by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
• This estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and registered with the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce.

This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in China Shanghai.
