1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Kinshasa Political Strategy & Advisory Ltd. to provide a comprehensive, itemized financial proposal for the delivery of political consulting, strategic advisory, and public communication services to the Hon. Jean-Pierre Mbuyi Kanza, a sitting Politician and Member of the National Assembly of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The services outlined herein are specifically tailored to support the Politician's legislative mandate, constituency engagement, and public visibility within the capital city of Kinshasa and the broader national political landscape of DR Congo.

3. PAYMENT TERMS AND SCHEDULE
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) equal installments: (a) 40% upon signing of the service agreement; (b) 35% at the midpoint of the twelve-month engagement (month six); and (c) 25% upon completion of the final deliverable and acceptance by the Politician's office. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account of Kinshasa Political Strategy & Advisory Ltd. at the Commercial Bank of Congo, Kinshasa branch, or in Congolese Francs (CDF) to the designated account. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the DR Congo Kinshasa economic environment, exchange rates, or operational costs.
- All services shall be performed in full compliance with the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo, including the Electoral Law, the Law on Political Parties, and applicable regulations governing public officials and Politicians in Kinshasa.
- The Politician's office shall provide timely access to necessary information, venues, and personnel to facilitate the delivery of services as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality is strictly maintained. All strategic documents, communications, and internal deliberations shared between the Politician and our advisory team shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or natural disasters affecting DR Congo Kinshasa, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
5. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION
By signing below, the Politician's authorized representative acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes a binding commitment to proceed with the engagement as described, subject to the execution of a formal service agreement within fifteen (15) days of acceptance.
