3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Ethiopia, including foreign exchange rate fluctuations affecting the Ethiopian Birr.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the sixth month of service delivery, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all services. Payments may be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the consultancy's designated account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch, or in US Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer.
3.3 Confidentiality: All information exchanged between the consultancy and the Politician shall be treated as strictly confidential. No political strategy, communication plan, or legislative research material shall be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the Politician, in accordance with Ethiopian data protection and professional ethics regulations.
3.4 Scope Modification: Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services beyond the original scope will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
3.5 Regulatory Compliance: All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Political Parties Proclamation of Ethiopia, the Federal Electoral Board of Ethiopia (FEBOE) regulations, and all applicable municipal bylaws governing political activity in Addis Ababa.
3.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with the Civil Code of Ethiopia. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Addis Ababa.
