Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments, with the first payment due within 30 days of the Politician's formal acceptance of this estimate. Subsequent payments are due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Rhône-Alpes Political Consulting Group, BNP Paribas, Lyon, France (IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0000 0000 0000 000). Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on market conditions in France Lyon.
