2. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued in connection with the comprehensive political advisory, strategic communication, and campaign support services to be rendered to Politician Hon. Dr. Katharina Vogel in her capacity as a serving member of the Bavarian State Parliament and prospective candidate for the upcoming 2026 European Parliament elections in the Germany Munich constituency. The scope of this estimate encompasses all professional services, logistical arrangements, and resource allocations required to support the Politician's legislative duties, public engagements, and electoral campaign activities within the Munich metropolitan region and the broader Free State of Bavaria.
All figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are provided in Euro (EUR) and are subject to the applicable German value-added tax (Mehrwertsteuer) at the standard rate of 19%, unless otherwise stated. This estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue and does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all pricing terms.
- Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date via bank transfer to the provider's designated account at a German financial institution. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under § 288 BGB.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Politician's political strategies, internal communications, and campaign materials shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, in accordance with German data protection regulations (DSGVO) and the Bavarian Data Protection Act (BayDSG).
- Termination: Either party may terminate the ongoing service agreement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. Project-based services (Item 03) may not be terminated once the work has commenced without incurring a 50% completion fee.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
- Political Neutrality: The provider confirms that all services rendered are strictly professional and advisory in nature. The provider does not endorse, represent, or act as an agent of any political party. All work is performed in support of the Politician's individual legislative and electoral activities.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-imposed restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Munich or the broader Germany Munich region.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope of services, pricing, and terms. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the foundational reference for the subsequent service agreement between the Politician and Bavaria Political Advisory Group GmbH for the duration of the engagement in Munich, Germany.
