This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones to ensure continuity of services for the Politician throughout the engagement period in Ghana Accra:

30% Advance Payment (GHS 286,867.50): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to commencement of campaign planning activities.
40% Mid-Project Payment (GHS 382,490.00): Due at the completion of Week 6, following the execution of the first five public engagement events.
30% Final Payment (GHS 286,867.50): Due upon delivery of the Post-Campaign Performance Review and final report to the Politician.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account: GCB Bank, Accra Main Branch, Account No. 1023-4567-8901, in the name of Accra Political Strategy & Advisory Ltd.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in Ghana Accra.
All services rendered under this engagement are subject to the Political Parties Act, 2012 (Act 853) and the Electoral Commission of Ghana regulations governing campaign activities for any Politician operating in the public sphere.
The client (Politician) agrees to provide all necessary identification documents, party affiliation letters, and electoral commission registrations prior to the commencement of field activities in Ghana Accra.
Any additional services or scope changes requested by the Politician beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional cost assessment.
Confidentiality: All strategic documents, voter data, and political intelligence materials prepared for the Politician shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from acts of God, civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control in Ghana Accra.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Accra.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received in full.
