The total Quotation Estimate amount of ₹ 1,00,65,400 (Rupees One Crore, Sixty-Five Thousand and Four Hundred Only) shall be disbursed as follows: 25% advance upon signing of the service agreement, 50% in two equal monthly installments during the active campaign period, and 25% upon successful completion of all deliverables and submission of the final campaign expenditure report to the Election Commission of India. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Capital Political Strategies Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of pricing.
- All services shall be rendered in strict compliance with the Representation of the People Act, 1951, and the Model Code of Conduct issued by the Election Commission of India for the India New Delhi region.
- The Politician shall bear all statutory campaign expenditure limits as prescribed by the ECI. This estimate does not include contributions to the party's central campaign fund.
- Any change in scope, additional events, or extended timelines beyond the agreed period shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written consent.
- All intellectual property, campaign materials, and data generated during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the Politician and his registered political party.
- Capital Political Strategies Pvt. Ltd. shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Politician's strategy, voter data, and internal communications in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection regulations in India.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
