3. Payment Terms

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments, due within fifteen (15) business days of the invoice date. The first installment shall be due upon execution of the service agreement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at the Central Bank of Iraq, Baghdad branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Assumptions and Exclusions

This Quotation Estimate assumes that the Politician will provide timely access to all necessary documentation, parliamentary credentials, and constituency data. Costs associated with physical campaign materials (banners, printed literature, vehicle rentals), security personnel deployment, and travel outside the Baghdad Governorate are excluded from this estimate and will be quoted separately upon request. Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original work plan will require a revised Quotation Estimate.

5. Delivery and Performance Standards

All deliverables shall be produced in accordance with the professional standards expected of political advisory services in Iraq Baghdad. Weekly progress reports will be submitted to the Politician's office every Friday. Monthly strategic review meetings will be conducted at the client's parliamentary office in Al-Jumhuriya Square, Baghdad, or at our firm's headquarters in Al-Mansour District, at the client's discretion.

6. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing is subject to revision.
Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions herein and shall be formalized through a separate Service Agreement.
All work performed under this engagement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Iraq, including the Iraqi Electoral Law No. 4 of 2018 (as amended) and applicable Baghdad municipal regulations.
Confidentiality: All information pertaining to the Politician's strategy, communications, and internal deliberations shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Politician shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Baghdad, Iraq, in accordance with Iraqi commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the formal Service Agreement is executed.

7. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate. This document serves as the formal basis for the professional engagement between Mesopotamia Political Advisory Group and the Politician in Iraq Baghdad.
