This Quotation Estimate is issued by Studio Consulenza Politica S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") to provide a comprehensive, itemised financial projection for the full suite of political advisory, campaign management, and public engagement services to be rendered in support of the Politician identified above. All services described herein are to be executed within the metropolitan area of Italy Rome, with primary operations based in the historic centre of Rome and secondary coordination points in the surrounding Lazio region. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding financial proposal for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue, after which all rates and allocations may be subject to revision in accordance with prevailing market conditions in Italy Rome.
The following table sets out each service line item included in this Quotation Estimate. All monetary values are expressed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable Italian Value Added Tax (IVA) at the standard rate of 22%, unless otherwise noted. Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments, due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. The first instalment of €74,250.00 (25% of the total) is due upon formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by the Politician's authorised representative. Subsequent instalments of €74,250.00 each shall be due on 1 September 2025, 1 December 2025, and 1 March 2026. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Provider's designated account in Rome, Italy. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Article 1284 of the Italian Civil Code.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for acceptance within ninety (90) days of the issue date. Beyond this period, the Provider reserves the right to revise pricing to reflect changes in operational costs within Italy Rome.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with Italian law, including but not limited to the Italian Electoral Code, the Transparency Act (D.Lgs. 33/2013), and data protection regulations (GDPR as implemented in Italy).
- The Politician's full cooperation, including timely provision of materials, access to the constituency office in Rome, Italy, and availability for scheduled strategy sessions, is a condition of this engagement.
- Any additional services beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate issued by the Provider.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged between the Provider and the Politician's office shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, in accordance with Italian professional secrecy obligations.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy, or by arbitration under the rules of the Camera di Commercio di Roma, at the election of the Politician's representative.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon execution, it shall form part of the definitive Service Agreement governing the engagement.
By signing below, the Politician's authorised representative confirms that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety. The Provider confirms its commitment to deliver all services as specified, with the highest standard of professional integrity, in service of the Politician's mandate to the citizens of Italy Rome and the broader Italian Republic.
