Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Ivory Coast.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable advance payment of thirty percent (30%) of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining seventy percent (70%) shall be payable in two equal monthly installments at the midpoint and conclusion of the engagement period.
Confidentiality: The Politician and all associated personnel shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all political strategies, internal communications, and sensitive information shared during the course of this engagement in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
Intellectual Property: All reports, strategy documents, risk assessments, and training materials produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to civil unrest, government decrees, or public health emergencies in Côte d'Ivoire.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with the rules of the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce.
Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance and signature by both parties. The client's acceptance constitutes full agreement to all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
