- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
- Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be paid in two equal instalments at the end of Month 3 and Month 6 of the engagement period.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Service Provider's designated account at Equity Bank PLC, Westlands Branch, Nairobi, Kenya. Invoices will be issued in accordance with KRA eTIMS requirements.
- Scope Changes: Any additional services requested by the Politician beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval before execution.
- Confidentiality: The Service Provider undertakes to treat all information pertaining to the Politician's political activities, strategy, and constituency data as strictly confidential in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-imposed restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies in Kenya Nairobi.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of the Laws of Kenya.
- Compliance: All services shall be delivered in full compliance with the Political Parties Financing Act, 2015, the Elections Act, 2011, and all applicable regulations of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) of Kenya.
By signing below, the Politician (or their authorised representative) acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The Service Provider confirms its readiness to commence operations upon receipt of the advance payment and a signed service-level agreement.
