This Quotation Estimate is issued by Strategic Political Advisory Group Sdn. 3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-confirmation of rates by Strategic Political Advisory Group Sdn. Bhd.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly instalments over the service period, payable within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
Scope Changes: Any additional services requested by the Politician beyond the scope defined herein shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval prior to commencement.
Confidentiality: All information, strategies, polling data, and communications related to the Politician's political activities in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
Compliance: All services rendered shall comply with the Malaysian Election Act 1955, the Political Parties Registration Act 1958, and all applicable regulations of the Election Commission of Malaysia (SPR).
Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for services already rendered shall remain payable.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or political emergencies in Malaysia.
