- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and service inclusions are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
- Payment shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to Golden Pagoda Political Consulting Co., Ltd., CB Bank, Yangon Branch, Account No. 001-456789-012. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance.
- A 30% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence the Politician's campaign planning and advisory engagement. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly installments aligned with the service delivery schedule.
- All services described herein are exclusively for the named Politician and his official political activities in Myanmar Yangon. No portion of this Quotation Estimate may be transferred or assigned to a third party without prior written consent.
- Golden Pagoda Political Consulting Co., Ltd. shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all strategic plans, voter data, and internal communications of the Politician. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of services.
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional events, or extended timelines must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties. Adjustments to the Quotation Estimate total will be calculated pro-rata.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the Politician's authorized representative and countersigned by our Director of Operations.
- All services shall comply with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including but not limited to the Political Parties Law, the Election Law, and applicable regulations of the Myanmar Election Commission governing activities in Yangon.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Myanmar Yangon, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law. The courts of Yangon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By signing below, the Politician's authorized representative confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Golden Pagoda Political Consulting Co., Ltd. to commence the services described herein in Myanmar Yangon.
