- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- All amounts are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of all professional fees. VAT at 13% is applied as per the prevailing tax regulations of the Inland Revenue Department, Nepal.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the ground campaign phase (Week 6), and 30% upon successful completion of all services and post-election transition support.
- The Politician candidate or their authorized representative shall provide all necessary identification documents, party affiliation letters, and campaign authorization documents prior to commencement of services.
- All campaign materials, digital content, and research documents produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the Politician candidate upon full payment.
- Himalayan Political Advisory Group shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all strategic discussions, voter data, and internal campaign communications in accordance with Nepal's data protection guidelines.
- Any changes in scope of work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written amendment signed by both parties. Additional costs will be quoted separately.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as a preliminary financial estimate for the Politician's campaign planning purposes.
- All services shall be performed in full compliance with the Election Act of Nepal, the Federal Parliament and Provincial Assembly Election Act, and all directives issued by the Election Commission of Nepal for the Kathmandu-04 constituency.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Nepal.
