- 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and conditions are subject to review and renegotiation.
- 3.2 All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- 3.3 Payment terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- 3.4 This Quotation Estimate is subject to the Politician's compliance with all applicable New Zealand parliamentary expense rules, the Local Electoral Act 2001, and the Electoral Finance Act 2007.
- 3.5 All services will be delivered in accordance with the highest professional standards expected of political advisory services in New Zealand Wellington. The Politician's office will be provided with a dedicated project manager for ongoing coordination.
- 3.6 Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services not included herein will be quoted separately.

- 3.9 All services will be performed within the New Zealand Wellington metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed. Travel to other regions of New Zealand will be billed at cost.
- 3.10 In the event of a change of government or the Politician ceasing to hold their parliamentary seat, this Quotation Estimate may be terminated with thirty (30) days written notice, and only services rendered up to the termination date will be invoiced.
