This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in three (3) equal installments of NGN 5,410,833.33 each, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. The first installment is due upon execution of the service agreement, the second upon completion of Month Three, and the final installment upon successful delivery of all services by 31 December 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. All payments are non-refundable once services have been commenced.
- This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in Nigeria Abuja and does not account for extraordinary circumstances such as national emergencies, legislative recesses, or force majeure events.
- Travel expenses beyond the FCT Abuja metropolitan area (e.g., inter-state travel for national party conventions) shall be billed separately at cost plus 10% administrative surcharge.
- Printing of campaign materials, banners, and large-format signage exceeding the quantities specified in the scope shall be quoted as a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
- All services are rendered in compliance with the Code of Conduct Bureau regulations and the Electoral Act of Nigeria, 2022, as applicable to a sitting Politician in the National Assembly.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by Capitol Strategic Advisory Ltd.
- The Politician or their authorized representative must provide written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate within the validity period to proceed with service delivery.
- Confidentiality: All strategic communications, policy documents, and constituency data shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the Politician's written consent.
- Intellectual Property: All research outputs, media content, and strategic frameworks developed under this engagement shall remain the property of the Politician upon full payment.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be due and payable.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Abuja, FCT.
