In accordance with standard practice for political consultancy engagements in Nigeria Lagos, the total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed in the following tranches:
- Tranche 1 (30%): NGN 48,713,625 – Due upon execution of the service agreement and receipt of this Quotation Estimate by the Politician's campaign finance committee.
- Tranche 2 (25%): NGN 40,594,688 – Due at the commencement of the active campaign period (Month 4).
- Tranche 3 (25%): NGN 40,594,688 – Due at the midpoint of the campaign (Month 8).
- Tranche 4 (20%): NGN 32,475,750 – Due within 14 days of the general election date in Nigeria Lagos.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
- All costs are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Politician shall be responsible for any additional levies imposed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) or the Lagos State Government.
- Apex Political Strategy Group Ltd. shall assign a dedicated team of no fewer than twelve (12) professionals to this engagement, including a lead political strategist, a digital media director, a legal counsel, and a logistics coordinator, all based in Nigeria Lagos.
- Any change in scope, additional events, or extended timelines beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation approved in writing by both parties.
- The Politician agrees to provide timely access to all campaign materials, personal availability for scheduled events, and cooperation with the consultancy team throughout the engagement period.
- All intellectual property, campaign materials, research reports, and strategic documents produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the Politician upon full payment of the Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged between the parties shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
By signing below, the Politician acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial projections outlined herein for the provision of political consultancy and campaign management services in Nigeria Lagos.
