Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments: (a) Forty percent (40%) upon execution of the Service Agreement; (b) Thirty-five percent (35%) upon completion of the mid-campaign milestone (Week 6); and (c) Twenty-five percent (25%) upon final delivery of all services and submission of the closing report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Manila Political Strategy & Advisory Group, Inc. at BDO Unibank, Makati City Branch, Philippines Manila.

  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Philippines Manila professional services sector.
  • All services rendered under this engagement are subject to the political and legal constraints applicable to a Politician candidate under Philippine election law. No service shall be performed that violates COMELEC regulations or the Code of Conduct for Public Officials.
  • The Politician client agrees to provide timely access to all campaign materials, personal availability for scheduled events, and cooperation with the advisory team throughout the Philippines Manila campaign period.
  • Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
  • Confidentiality: All strategic plans, voter data, and internal communications pertaining to the Politician's campaign in Philippines Manila shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly relevant to operations in the Philippines Manila region.
  • Governing Law: This agreement and this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
