4. Terms & Conditions
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Jeddah and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4.2 Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the six-month milestone, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance by the Politician's office.
4.3 All services shall be performed in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) guidelines and the regulations governing political and civic activities in Jeddah.
4.4 The Politician's office reserves the right to request modifications to the scope of work. Any changes exceeding 10% of the original scope shall require a revised Quotation Estimate.
4.5 Confidentiality: All documents, strategies, and communications prepared for the Politician shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted and countersigned by both parties.
