The Politician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services to the client organization based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia:

This includes policy analysis, stakeholder mapping, legislative impact assessments, and the preparation of formal advisory memoranda to senior government officials. The Politician shall conduct no fewer than four (4) in-person strategy sessions per quarter at the client's Riyadh headquarters.

2.2 Public Policy Research & Development

Conducting in-depth research on urban development policy, inter-municipal coordination, and citizen engagement frameworks specific to the Riyadh metropolitan area. The Politician shall deliver a minimum of six (6) comprehensive policy white papers per year, each exceeding 40 pages, tailored to the regulatory environment of Saudi Arabia.

2.3 Stakeholder Engagement & Diplomatic Liaison

Facilitating structured engagement between the client ministry and regional political bodies, municipal councils, and community leadership across the Riyadh Governorate. The Politician shall serve as a formal liaison for inter-agency political coordination and shall represent the client at no fewer than eight (8) official governmental forums per annum within Saudi Arabia.

2.4 Crisis Communication & Political Risk Assessment

Providing real-time political risk analysis and crisis communication strategy in the event of public policy disputes, media inquiries, or inter-governmental conflicts affecting the client's operations in Riyadh. The Politician shall maintain a 24-hour availability protocol for emergency political advisory consultations.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments of SAR 307,625 (inclusive of VAT), due within thirty (30) calendar days of the end of each fiscal quarter. The first installment shall be due upon the formal signing of the service agreement. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the Politician's designated corporate account at Al Rajhi Bank, Riyadh Branch, Saudi Arabia. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the Politician and the client.
