This document serves as a formal cost estimate and is not a binding invoice until accepted in writing by the client.

All engagements will be conducted in accordance with the Political Parties Funding Act (Act 78 of 2018) and the Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) guidelines.

* All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT is applicable at the current South African rate of 15% as per the South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
3.1 This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith financial projection and does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted by both parties via written signature. The Politician or their authorised representative must sign and return this document within the validity period stated above.
3.2 Payment terms: 50% of the total estimated amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly instalments over the 12-month service period. All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the company's designated bank account in Cape Town, South Africa.
3.3 All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Political Parties Funding Act (Act 78 of 2018), the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), and all applicable South African legislation governing political activity and public office.
3.4 The Politician grants Atlantic Political Advisory (Pty) Ltd full access to relevant policy documents, constituency data, and internal party communications necessary to deliver the services outlined herein. Confidentiality is mutually binding under a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed concurrently.
3.5 Any additional services requested by the Politician beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval prior to commencement.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Cape Town, Western Cape, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 42 of 1965.
3.7 Atlantic Political Advisory (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to decline or withdraw services if the Politician is found to be in breach of the Political Parties Funding Act or any other applicable South African legislation.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed, understood, and accepted as a fair and accurate representation of the estimated costs for the political advisory services to be provided to the Politician in Cape Town, South Africa.
