- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and service terms are subject to revision by Estudio Político Méditerráneo S.L.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-campaign milestone (Month 5), and 30% upon final delivery of all services. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the accompanying invoice, in accordance with Spanish commercial law.
- All services are to be performed within the municipality of Barcelona, Spain, and in compliance with the Ley Orgánica 5/1985 del Régimen Electoral General, the Estatut d'Autonomia de Catalunya, and applicable local ordinances of the Ajuntament de Barcelona.
- The Politician (Hon. Dr. Marc Vidal Solér) shall provide timely access to all necessary information, credentials, and authorisations required for the execution of the services described herein. Delays caused by the client shall not extend the project timeline without a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All strategic documents, voter data, and internal communications generated under this engagement are classified as strictly confidential. Both parties agree to a mutual non-disclosure obligation for a period of three (3) years following the conclusion of the services, in line with Spanish data protection legislation.
- Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate. Unauthorised changes to the service deliverables will not be covered under the original pricing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the document. Upon mutual signature, it shall serve as the governing agreement for the engagement.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
