SCOPE OF SERVICES – POLITICAL ADVISORY IN MADRID, SPAINThis Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Politician, a seasoned public servant and political strategist based in Madrid, Spain, to provide comprehensive political advisory, strategic communication, and institutional consulting services to the Client. The Politician brings over twenty-five years of experience in Spanish public policy, parliamentary procedure, and political communication, having served in the Congreso de los Diputados and in regional government in the Community of Madrid. All services described herein shall be rendered in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Kingdom of Spain, including but not limited to the Ley Orgánica 8/2007 on Political Financing and the relevant provisions of the Spanish Civil Code governing professional services contracts.

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the standard Spanish Value Added Tax (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido – IVA) at the rate of 21%, in accordance with the Ley 37/1992 del IVA. This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional taxes or levies that may be imposed by the Community of Madrid or the Spanish State during the service period.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Politician reserves the right to revise the pricing structure due to changes in market conditions, legislative updates in Spain, or availability constraints.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three equal instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% at the midpoint of the six-month service period, and 30% upon completion of all deliverables. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Politician's designated account in Madrid, Spain (IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332).
- Confidentiality: The Politician and the Client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all political strategies, internal communications, and sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of the contract for a period of five (5) years, in compliance with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD).
- Intellectual Property: All documents, white papers, strategy plans, and written deliverables produced by the Politician under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of the Politician until full payment is received. Upon receipt of the final payment, the Client shall receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for internal institutional purposes.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination, plus a cancellation fee of 15% of the remaining contract value.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this engagement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- Compliance with Political Financing Laws: The Politician warrants that all services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Ley Orgánica 8/2007 on Political Financing and any subsequent amendments. No portion of the fees shall be construed as a political donation or contribution to any political party. The Politician acts in a strictly private, professional capacity.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, political instability, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Madrid, Spain.
