Payment shall be made in three equal instalments via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account of Iberia Political Strategy Group, S.L. at CaixaBank, ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, Valencia, Spain. The first instalment (33.33%) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The second instalment (33.33%) is due at the six-month mark of the engagement. The final instalment (33.34%) is due upon completion of all deliverables. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and availability are subject to revision.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged between the Politician (client) and Iberia Political Strategy Group, S.L. shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Spanish General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD / GDPR) and the Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales.
- Intellectual Property: All campaign materials, research reports, and strategic documents produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the exclusive property of the Politician upon full payment.
- Compliance: All services shall be delivered in full compliance with the Ley Orgánica 5/1985 del Régimen Electoral General, the Ley 8/2009 de Financiación de los Partidos Políticos, and applicable regulations of the Generalitat Valenciana.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such case, the Politician shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Comunitat Valenciana, Spain.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or political emergencies affecting the Valencia region.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope of services, pricing, and conditions for the political advisory engagement in Valencia, Spain. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
