- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Sri Lanka.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful project delivery. All payments shall be made in Sri Lankan Rupees via bank transfer to the account of Strategic Political Advisory Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Sri Lanka Election Commission regulations, the Political Parties Act No. 1 of 1951 (as amended), and all applicable laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
- The Politician, Hon. Dr. R. A. Perera, shall provide timely access to all necessary information, approvals, and venue permissions required for the execution of services in Colombo District.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and mutual agreement on pricing.
- Confidentiality: All strategic documents, voter data, and campaign materials prepared under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the Politician and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be confirmed via signed copy of this document or a formal Purchase Order.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to those affecting Colombo, Sri Lanka.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka, with proceedings conducted in Colombo.
- This Quotation Estimate is issued in the English language. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail as the authoritative document.
