3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by Helvetia Political Advisory & Communications AG.
3.2 Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account designated in the contract. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Swiss law (OR Art. 104).
3.3 Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate and any subsequent engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Politician’s office and our firm shall each be bound by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) and applicable cantonal regulations in Switzerland Zurich.
3.4 Scope Changes: Any modification to the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services rendered outside the agreed scope will be billed at the hourly rates specified in the master service agreement.
3.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with the canton of Zurich as the exclusive venue for any disputes. The Politician’s office acknowledges that all services will be performed in Switzerland Zurich.
3.6 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the Politician’s office shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
By signing below, the Politician’s authorised representative confirms that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed and accepted in principle. A formal service contract will be executed within fourteen (14) days of acceptance, incorporating all terms detailed herein and any additional provisions mutually agreed upon by the parties in Switzerland Zurich.
