- Payment shall be made in monthly instalments of UGX 46,315,000 (inclusive of VAT), due on the 5th business day of each month.
- A 10% mobilisation advance of UGX 55,578,000 is required within 7 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence services.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Stanbic Bank Uganda, Account No. 0012345678, in the name of Kampala Political Advisory & Consultancy Ltd.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Uganda commercial practice.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in the Uganda Kampala market.
- All services are to be performed in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, including the Political Parties and Organisations Act, the Public Finance Management Act, and the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
- KPCA shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information pertaining to the Politician, the constituency, and any political strategy discussed during the engagement.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, KPCA shall be compensated for services rendered up to the date of termination.
- All deliverables, reports, and materials produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of the Politician's office upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Uganda Kampala, and failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kampala, Uganda.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned.
By signing below, the Politician's office acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of political advisory and consultancy services in Uganda Kampala.
