This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Political Advisory Group LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") to the Hon. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and service inclusions are subject to revision by the Provider.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the sixth (6th) month of service delivery, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month engagement period.
- All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the Provider's designated corporate account held with a licensed financial institution in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Politician Client agrees to provide all necessary official credentials, government authorizations, and institutional approvals required for the Provider to execute the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate within the jurisdiction of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
- Confidentiality: All documents, strategies, communications, and intelligence materials prepared under this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Provider shall not disclose any information pertaining to the Politician Client to any third party without prior written consent, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, or changes in UAE federal or Dubai municipal legislation.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts for arbitration in accordance with the DIFC Arbitration Rules.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
