All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is charged at the current United Kingdom standard rate of 20%. Should the VAT rate change during the contract period, the Quotation Estimate will be adjusted accordingly in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision by Thames Political Advisory Group Ltd.
- Payment terms: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the company's designated account in London, United Kingdom.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be performed in full compliance with the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA), the Electoral Commission guidelines, and all applicable data protection legislation including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
- The Politician shall provide reasonable access to constituency offices, parliamentary facilities, and relevant stakeholders in London and across the United Kingdom to enable the delivery of the services outlined herein.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged between the Politician and Thames Political Advisory Group Ltd shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for services already rendered shall remain payable in full.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be evidenced by signature on the countersigned copy of this document.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
- Thames Political Advisory Group Ltd shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
