Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Texas state commercial law. Important Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and service terms are subject to revision.

4.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Governing law for any disputes shall be the laws of the State of Texas, United States, with jurisdiction in Harris County, Houston, Texas.
