1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to the Hon. Senator Alejandro R. 3. Payment Terms
This Quotation Estimate for the politician's campaign services in Venezuela Caracas shall be paid according to the following schedule:
- 30% advance payment ($22,132.80) upon signing of the service agreement, due within 5 business days.
- 40% milestone payment ($29,510.40) due at the midpoint of the campaign period (Week 8).
- 30% final payment ($22,132.80) due within 10 business days following completion of all deliverables.
All payments shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Strategic Political Advisory Group, C.A., or in Venezuelan Bolívares (VES) at the official BCV exchange rate on the date of payment, at the client's discretion.
4. Assumptions & Exclusions
- This Quotation Estimate assumes the politician will provide timely access to all necessary campaign materials, personal availability for scheduled sessions, and cooperation with the advisory team.
- Travel expenses beyond the Caracas metropolitan area (e.g., to states such as Miranda, Aragua, or La Guaira) are excluded and will be billed separately at cost.
- Production costs for physical campaign materials (banners, flyers, merchandise) are not included in this Quotation Estimate and will be quoted separately upon request.
- Any additional services requested by the politician beyond the scope defined herein will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval before execution.
5. Validity & Acceptance
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Venezuela Caracas. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the politician (client) and Strategic Political Advisory Group, C.A. (service provider) for the delivery of the services described in this document.
6. Terms & Conditions
- All services shall be performed in full compliance with the Electoral Organic Law of Venezuela and regulations set forth by the National Electoral Council (CNE).
- Confidentiality: All strategic materials, voter data, and campaign plans prepared for the politician shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions in Venezuela Caracas.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Caracas, Venezuela, in accordance with Venezuelan civil law. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Metropolitan District of Caracas.
- Intellectual Property: All strategy documents, messaging frameworks, and creative materials developed under this engagement shall become the property of the politician upon full payment.
