- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement initiated after the expiration date shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the Politician.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost shall be due upon execution of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fifteen (15) business days following the delivery of the final post-engagement report.
- All services shall be performed within the administrative boundaries of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Any travel or activities outside this jurisdiction shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- The Politician reserves the right to decline any engagement that conflicts with existing political obligations, legislative duties, or commitments to the Communist Party of Vietnam or the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Confidentiality: All documents, strategies, and communications developed under this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose proprietary information to third parties without written consent, in accordance with Vietnam's Law on Commercial Secrets.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from natural disasters, government-mandated closures, public health emergencies, or other events beyond reasonable control, as defined under the Civil Code of Vietnam.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Ho Chi Minh City. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City for adjudication.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services described herein.
