In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- Advance Payment (30%): $33,720.00 — Due within fifteen (15) business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Mid-Term Payment (40%): $44,960.00 — Due upon confirmation of the Professor's arrival in Afghanistan Kabul and commencement of duties (Month 6).
- Final Payment (30%): $33,720.00 — Due upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement and submission of the final academic performance report.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- All costs listed in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes in Afghanistan Kabul unless otherwise stated.
