- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Algeria, Algiers.
- Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be paid in two equal instalments: 50% at the midpoint of the engagement period and 50% upon completion of all deliverables. All payments shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the designated institutional account in Algiers.
- Professor Availability: The Professor named in this Quotation Estimate is subject to prior confirmation of availability. In the event of an unforeseen conflict, an equivalent Professor of comparable rank and expertise shall be proposed at no additional cost.

- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate and any proprietary academic materials exchanged during the engagement.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any subsequent contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algiers.
