This Quotation Estimate is issued by Academic Consulting Group S.A. to formally present the costs, terms, and conditions associated with the professional engagement of a Professor to deliver academic, research, and consulting services within the jurisdiction of Argentina Buenos Aires. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and does not constitute a final contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement. The Professor to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services in Argentina Buenos Aires:
- Delivery of a minimum of 40 in-person lecture hours per academic semester at the client's designated campus in Buenos Aires.
- Supervision of up to six (6) graduate research theses, including bi-weekly progress meetings and final thesis evaluation.
- Development of two (2) peer-reviewed academic publications in collaboration with the client's research department.
- Participation in three (3) academic conferences or symposiums held in Buenos Aires or the Province of Buenos Aires during the contract period.
- Provision of curriculum design and pedagogical methodology consulting for a period of 20 hours per semester.
- Availability for administrative meetings, accreditation reviews, and institutional planning sessions as reasonably requested by the client.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment upon signing of the definitive service agreement, due within 10 business days.
- 40% interim payment due at the midpoint of the academic semester (approximately week 10 of 20).
- 30% final payment due within 15 business days following the completion of all deliverables and submission of the final report by the Professor.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Academic Consulting Group S.A., CUIT 30-XXXXXXXX-X, Banco de la Nación Argentina, Sucursal Buenos Aires. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de la República Argentina for overdue commercial obligations.
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision and re-issuance.
5.2. The Professor engaged under this agreement shall be a full-time or adjunct faculty member holding a Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent terminal degree from a recognized institution in Argentina or internationally, with a minimum of ten (10) years of post-doctoral teaching and research experience.
5.3. All services shall be rendered in the city of Buenos Aires or its immediate metropolitan area within the Province of Buenos Aires, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
5.4. The Professor shall comply with all applicable Argentine labor regulations, including but not limited to the Ley de Contrato de Trabajo (Law 20,744) and relevant provisions of the Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación.
5.5. Intellectual property generated during the course of the engagement shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the client institution, as stipulated in the definitive agreement.
5.6. Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination, plus a cancellation fee of 15% of the remaining contract value.
5.7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of academic outcomes, publication acceptance, or thesis approval. The Professor shall exercise professional diligence and academic integrity in the performance of all duties.
5.8. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Buenos Aires.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Professor in Argentina Buenos Aires. This document shall serve as the basis for the preparation of the definitive service contract.
