This Quotation Estimate is a formal estimate of costs and does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance must be confirmed within 30 days of the date of issue.
The Professor reserves the right to decline or modify the scope of work if additional requirements are identified during the engagement. Any such modifications will be documented in a supplementary Quotation Estimate addendum.
Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is due within 14 business days of completion of all deliverables. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice.
All intellectual property created specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing materials, frameworks, and methodologies of the Professor remain the property of the Professor.
The Professor shall comply with all applicable Australian privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and any institutional data-handling policies relevant to the Melbourne, Australia service location.
Cancellation by the client after the engagement has commenced will incur a fee of 75% of the remaining contracted value. Cancellation prior to commencement will incur a 25% administrative fee.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) or the courts of Australia Melbourne.
