This Quotation Estimate is issued by Professor Margaret E. Whitfield in her capacity as a senior academic and research consultant based in Australia Sydney. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Professor reserves the right to revise rates due to changes in availability or market conditions in Australia Sydney.
- All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%, as administered by the Australian Taxation Office.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% to be invoiced and settled within fourteen (14) business days of completion of all deliverables.
- The Professor shall provide a minimum of five (5) business days’ written notice for any cancellation of scheduled sessions. Cancellations within five business days will incur a 25% fee of the session value.
- All intellectual property, reports, and documents produced by the Professor under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment, subject to the Professor’s right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The Professor’s engagement is subject to the standard academic leave and university policy obligations of the University of Sydney, Australia Sydney.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia Sydney, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
- The Professor warrants that all services will be performed with the degree of skill, care, and diligence expected of a senior academic professional in Australia Sydney. The Professor does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-mandated restrictions affecting Australia Sydney, shall relieve the Professor from performance obligations during the affected period without penalty.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The Professor’s engagement will commence upon receipt of the 50% deposit and execution of the formal Service Agreement.
