- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity window in Chile Santiago will require a revised quotation reflecting updated rates.
- Payment terms: 40% upon execution of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the mid-term deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance of all services rendered by the Professor.
- All payments shall be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) via electronic bank transfer to the account designated by the Professor at Banco de Chile, Santiago branch. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the Central Bank of Chile.
- The Professor reserves the right to reschedule in-person sessions in Chile Santiago with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice due to academic calendar adjustments or institutional obligations.
- All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the requesting institution, as stipulated in the final service agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for international travel, accommodation outside the Metropolitan Region of Santiago, or third-party licensing fees for specialized software, which will be billed separately at cost.
- Any modifications to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Revised costs will be communicated through a supplementary addendum to this document.
