This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment structure for the Professor engagement in China Beijing:
- Advance Payment (40%): CNY 324,360 to be remitted within 10 business days of contract execution, prior to the Professor's arrival in Beijing.
- Mid-Term Payment (35%): CNY 283,815 due upon completion of the third month of services, subject to a satisfactory progress review.
- Final Payment (25%): CNY 202,725 due within 15 business days following the completion of all deliverables and submission of the final academic report.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Beijing International Academic Consulting Co., Ltd. at the Bank of China, Chaoyang Branch, Beijing. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day as per Chinese commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Beijing.
- The Professor shall maintain full academic integrity and comply with all intellectual property regulations of the People's Republic of China. All research outputs shall be jointly owned as specified in the definitive agreement.
- The client is responsible for providing suitable lecture halls, research laboratory access, and administrative staff support at the Beijing campus location.
- Any change in scope, additional sessions, or extended duration of the Professor's engagement in China Beijing shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Beijing, shall suspend obligations without penalty for either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with its rules of procedure.
- All personal data processed in connection with this engagement shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Professor in China Beijing. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract but serves as the basis for the preparation of the definitive service agreement.
