This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with the professional standards of the Egyptian Higher Education Ministry and the academic regulations governing the engagement of university faculty members for external professional services in Alexandria, Egypt.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Alexandria, Egypt.
2. Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of all services.
3. All services shall be performed by the named Professor or, in the event of documented unavailability, by a qualified associate professor from the same department at Alexandria University, subject to prior written approval by the client.
4. Travel expenses beyond the Alexandria city limits (e.g., to Cairo, Port Said, or other Egyptian governorates) shall be billed separately at actual cost, with prior written authorization from the client.
5. The Professor reserves the right to decline any engagement that conflicts with existing academic obligations at Alexandria University or with the ethical guidelines of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education.
6. All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing academic works and publications of the Professor.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement, governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, must be executed by both parties before any services commence.
8. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Alexandria, Egypt, and, failing such resolution, through the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt.
9. Taxes: All amounts are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate in Egypt (currently 14%), which shall be added to the invoice upon billing.
