The Professor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services at the designated academic facilities located in Egypt Cairo:

• Delivery of a twelve-week intensive graduate-level seminar series in Advanced Corporate Governance and Strategic Management, conducted at the Cairo International Business Academy campus in Downtown, Egypt Cairo.
• Supervision and mentorship of no fewer than fifteen (15) postgraduate research students, including weekly one-on-one consultation sessions held at the institution's library and research center in Egypt Cairo.
• Preparation and delivery of two (2) public keynote lectures at the annual Cairo Academic Forum, to be hosted at the Egyptian National Library and Archives in Egypt Cairo.
• Development of a proprietary course curriculum and accompanying teaching materials, including case studies tailored to the Egyptian and broader Middle Eastern business environment.
• Participation in the institution's faculty review board, attending bi-weekly meetings to assess academic quality and program outcomes.
• Provision of academic references and endorsement letters for graduating students upon request, in accordance with the institutional policies of Egypt Cairo's higher education authority.

In accordance with the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Professor's services shall be disbursed in three (3) equal installments to the designated bank account in Egypt Cairo. The first installment of EGP 400,900 shall be due upon execution of the service agreement. The second installment of EGP 400,900 shall be payable at the midpoint of the engagement (end of Week 6). The final installment of EGP 400,900 shall be due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the completion of all deliverables and the submission of the final academic report. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to an account domiciled in Egypt Cairo, and the hiring institution shall bear any applicable interbank transfer fees.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Egypt Cairo.
• The Professor reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' prior written notice. Rescheduling more than three (3) times within the engagement period shall entitle the hiring institution to a proportional fee reduction.
• All intellectual property rights in the curriculum, case studies, and teaching materials developed under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the Cairo International Business Academy, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
• The Professor shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation (NAQAA) operating in Egypt Cairo.
• Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994, with the seat of arbitration in Egypt Cairo.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally countersigned by both parties and registered with the relevant institutional authorities in Egypt Cairo.
