This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Professor in the capacity of Senior Academic Consultant and Head of the Department of Applied Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. The following professional services are to be rendered in and around Munich, Germany, in accordance with the academic and professional standards upheld by the institution. The Professor shall provide expert academic guidance, research supervision, and strategic advisory services as detailed below.

All payments shall be made in Euro (EUR) via bank transfer to the account of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Bank für Sozialwirtschaft, IBAN: DE89 7502 0500 0009 8001 01, BIC: BFSWDE33MUC, Munich, Germany. Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate under Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- The Professor reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions with a minimum of seven (7) business days' written notice. Rescheduled sessions shall be conducted within the same calendar month wherever practicable.
- All intellectual property generated during the supervised research programme (Item 02) shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the Client, as stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed prior to commencement of work.
- The Professor shall comply with all applicable German academic integrity regulations, including those set forth by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and Art.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary information of the Client shall be treated in strict confidence. The Professor and all associated personnel are bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with German commercial law (HGB, § 242 BGB).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Professor's office confirms the availability of the described services and the accuracy of the estimated costs.
