The Professor has been engaged to design, deliver, and oversee a comprehensive programme of advanced lectures, doctoral supervision, and applied economic research over a twelve-month engagement period. The Professor shall provide the following services, all to be conducted primarily at the AIARP campus in the Osu district of Ghana Accra, with occasional fieldwork in surrounding Greater Accra communities:

• A mobilisation payment of 25% (GHS 90,500.00) shall be due within 14 calendar days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Progress payments of 25% each shall be due at the end of Month 4 and Month 8 of the engagement, subject to satisfactory delivery of milestones as outlined in the attached Statement of Work.
• The final balance of 25% shall be due within 21 days of the Professor's submission of the final research report and completion of all deliverables in Ghana Accra.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Professor's designated account with a licensed commercial bank in Ghana Accra. Cheques payable to "Prof. K. Asante-Mensah" are also acceptable.
• Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Ghanaian commercial practice.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Professor reserves the right to revise rates to reflect changes in the Ghana Cedi exchange rate, inflation, or availability.
• All services shall be performed in Ghana Accra unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any travel outside the Greater Accra Region will be billed separately at cost.
• The Professor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance throughout the engagement period, as required by Ghanaian academic and professional standards.
• Intellectual property arising from the applied research (Item 3) shall be jointly owned by the Professor and AIARP, with publication rights shared equally.
• Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, the Professor shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination, as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the executed Statement of Work.
• Governing law: The laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra under the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre.
