* All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is applicable as per the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the applicable rate for professional/academic services in India New Delhi. The Professor is registered under GST with the jurisdictional authority in New Delhi.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Professor are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Professor's designated institutional account. A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the engagement, and the remaining 50% shall be payable upon satisfactory completion and delivery of all agreed deliverables.
- All intellectual property rights in research outputs, reports, and curriculum materials developed under this engagement shall vest with the client, subject to the Professor's right to use such materials for academic publication with proper attribution.
- The Professor reserves the right to reschedule sessions or deliverables with a minimum of 72 hours' written notice in the event of institutional obligations, medical emergencies, or force majeure events.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable regulations of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Ministry of Education, Government of India, New Delhi.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
- The client agrees to provide all necessary access, data, and logistical support required for the Professor to perform the services at the client's premises in New Delhi or NCR locations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties in writing.
- Taxes, duties, and statutory levies as applicable under Indian law are included as specified. Any change in tax rates by the Government of India during the engagement period shall be adjusted proportionally.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and financial provisions outlined herein for the engagement of the Professor in India New Delhi.
